Our neighborhood version of "Bike Week!!"

Yep, it was a very unusual sight for our otherwise very quiet neighborhood. Not something you see every day. Glad I had my camera to capture just a snip of it for posterity!!

The guy on the right is Ken. I met him today when I saw an unusual sight with a whole bunch of people. They were hanging out just around the corner from where I live.

Well, turns out that it was a 54th birthday party with a few intimate friends.

Everywhere you looked there were bikes... motorcycles that is!!

They lined up on both sides of the street.

There sure was a bunch of them.

Not the normal life of a quiet suburban neighborhood. But I think they had a great day! (Say Ken, If you found this blog... put in a comment so I know you were here.

This is Ron (But he likes to be called Jim now). He and I grew up together. We lived just around the corner from one another for most of our younger years. Clear up till he went into the service. I hadn't seen him in 30 years almost, and one day I heard that he was living RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER from me. Well it turns out he and his wife live just two streets over. We had a long talk the other day, and I am going over to his house to meet his wife very soon. It's great to rekindle an old friendship.

He's a good friend.

DRAGON'S BASEBALL AND SOME OF IT'S FANS!!

The following pics are of some of the fans enjoying the Dragon's Baseball Game along with my son and I. You will notice that one young man was just as interested in the peanuts in the shells as he was the game!!! lol We had a great time even though they lost 7 to 1.
